2025 ACUPUNKTURE CLINIC CHANGES: PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY UPDATES 

Starting February 15, 2025, here is the current pricing for all appointments, which is a reflection of both the increased operating costs over the past couple of years as well as the ongoing expansion of knowledge and offerings. As always, our acupuncture treatment pricing will continue to include additional treatment modalities such as tuina/cupping, moxibustion, therapeutic essential oils and Hemp-based CBD salves when appropriate.

Private Pay Patients:
Initial Phone Consult (15 minutes) & First Acupuncture Treatment (70 minutes): $145
Follow-up Acupuncture Treatments (70 minutes): $120.00

We will no longer be offering package deals*. Instead, we will offer a cash/check discount of $10 off for treatment paid via cash or check. Payments made using HSA/FSA cards/accounts will not be discounted. Current packages will be honored.

*If you are a current patient and wish to prepay for one package at the current rate of $400 per 4 pack ($100 per session) you may do so before February 15, 2025 and use this package moving forward to cover any future treatments.

Accepted Payments: We accept Cash, Check, Credit Cards, Flexible Spending and HSA accounts. Cash/Check is preferred.

Insurance Pay Patients:
Initial Phone Consult (15 minutes): $25
This fee is not covered by insurance and is due at the time of your first acupuncture treatment.

Due to the increasing fees for credit card processing, cash or check is preferred for payment of copays, coinsurance or deductibles when possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Insurance: We currently accept the following insurance plans: Harvard Pilgrim & Health Plans Inc., Blue Cross, Commonwealth Care Alliance, Aetna and Workman’s Comp. This is subject to change. Coverage depends on your plan specifically and we will need your full name, date of birth and subscriber ID number to check your individual benefits. We cannot accept any Medicare plans as we do not meet the medicare requirements of being an MD, PA, or Nurse Practitioner: https://www.medicare.gov/coverage/acupuncture

Copays, Coinsurance and Deductible amounts are due at the time of service. You will need to sign a waiver accepting responsibility if your insurance does not cover acupuncture. *Please call us prior to your first appointment to check if your insurance covers acupuncture
