Insurance: Please make sure your insurance coverage hasn’t changed and let us know ASAP if it has. If your coverage changes you will be liable for the cost of the appointment.
We currently accept the following insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Health Plans, Inc., Worker’s Comp. and Commonwealth Care Alliance.
New Patients: We are currently accepting new patients! If you would like to become a new patient please email us at franklinacupunkture@gmail.com or call/text our clinic manager, James, at 508.507.8015 and we can get the process started and check any possible insurance benefits for you. You will need to complete online health history paperwork and complete a 15 minute health history phone intake with one of our Licensed Acupuncturists PRIOR to your first treatment. There is a $25 onboarding charge for all new patients and this fee is not covered by any insurance you may have. This fee covers onboarding you as a new patient, checking any insurance benefits for you and the Acupuncturist’s time during the phone intake. After that, if you have insurance coverage then you will only be responsible for your copays/coinsurance or deductible moving forward.
