Other General Updates for 2023:
Insurance: It’s that time of year where many plans reset, some sneak in coverage changes, and some plans end. Please make sure your insurance coverage hasn’t changed and let us know ASAP if it has. If your coverage changes you will be liable for the cost of the appointment.
Current Client Waitlist: The waitlist doesn’t carry over from 2022, if you are looking for appointments in 2023 please add yourself to the waitlist or reach out to let us know. Please make sure your waitlist requests accurately reflect your availability. You can view your waitlist requests by going to “My Account” and selecting “Upcoming Appointments.” Accurate waitlist requests greatly increase the chances that both you and others can get into openings. Adding a note saying if you are interested in last-minute openings is also very helpful!

New Patients: As of January 2023 the schedule is still pretty crowded, we are waiting to see if it thins out as we get closer to Spring. We will be getting new patients in as soon as we possibly can. COVID GUIDELINES AND OTHER POLICIES:
We are happy to let you know that we are once again seeing clients for in-office appointments! This past year has been a tremendous upheaval for everyone and we look forward to being able to see you in person again.
Even as businesses continue reopening, COVID-19 remains a threat. To keep our patients and staff at minimum risk we will be changing our operations based on CDC and Massachusetts state guidelines and MA Department of Public Health reopening regulations.
Keeping our patients safe and healthy is our top priority. We will be continuously reviewing and updating our policies and procedures based on guidance from the CDC and Massachusetts state guidelines. To stay up to date with this information please visit our website regularly and pay attention to signs throughout the office.
We accept the following insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, United Health Care, Commonwealth Care Alliance, Allways, and Aetna.
You will need to complete a 15 minute private tele-health phone intake prior to your first in person acupuncture session. Please call 508-507-8015 for more information and to check your specific benefits.
